  • Cook the mushroom on the pan or in the oven
  • Make avocado mash with peas and a dash of lemon
  • Add a slice of warm goat’s cheese or salmon as seen in the photos
  • Garnish with sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds,
  • Add chilli flakes for a kick
