These nutty protein bars make a decadent treat mixing dates, coconut and almonds mix perfectly for those snack attacks or pre-post workout.

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 cups pitted dates
– 2 cups almonds
– 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
– 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
– 1/4 tsp sea salt
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 tbs water

HOW:
– Mix dates in food processor then add almonds and process until mixture comes together
– Add the rest of the ingredients and mix in the food processor until mixture is ready
– Place in a lined tray and place in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight you can also roll them into balls I find these takes longer so it depends on how much time you have

– Cut into bars, makes 12
