Possibly my best invention yet! I fell instantly in love with this new creation, it is the perfect blend of crunchy and smooth and fabulously contrasts sweet and salty flavours that will have your mouth popping.

INGREDIENTS:
– 80g natural popcorn
– 1 cup smooth peanut butter (softened)
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
– 1 serving protein powder
– 1 cup bran flakes
– 2 squares dark chocolate for the topping

HOW:
– Place the popcorn in a large bowl, slowly mix in the peanut butter and the honey, mix it together try to keep the popcorn from breaking. Add the coconut, mix again, add the cereal, mix again, add the protein and mix one final time until the popcorn is covered evenly
– Line a rectangular container with cling film
– Spread mix evenly, then shave the chocolate on top
– Place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, then cut into squares, makes about 10 pieces
