Since starting this blog I have noticed I spend a lot of time experimenting in the kitchen, it makes me really happy to create new healthy yummy things. So here is the latest creation the “Snow Bites”. They truly melt in your mouth and it only takes a few ingredients to achieve greatness.
INGREDIENTS:
– 2 cups ground almonds
– 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
– ⅓ honey
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 4 tbs water
– Coating: unsweetened shredded coconut
HOW:
– Mush everything together and roll into balls
– Scatter some of the coconut on a plate and roll your bites until they are covered
– Place in the fridge
