"Okay, so where do I start? I was a bit of a reluctant gym goer at first having tried a few other classes which never really got me going. I then started going to Ale’s BodyPump class (she runs several different fitness classes). Wow! I was hooked instantly, and still am two years later!! There are several reasons for this 1) Ale will push you hard, but not to the point that you don’t want to come back for more. 2) Ale’s classes are great fun. Very important. 3) Ale is an instructor who has a physique that one aspires to have oneself (although I am a man and she is a woman, but you get the picture). You should check her guns out, they are very good guns indeed. So, I can go on, but I am running out of space. Get yourself to one of her classes and get fit. You won’t regret it. She will help you achieve your fitness goals and she will be one of the best, if not THE best person to guide you in your fitness journey. However, if like me, you find it hard to motivate yourself just pumping iron in the gym on your own, then you need to join a class. People then start to worry, which class shall I choose? Which one is right for me? Will I look silly if this class is too hard for me?I would advise….choose the instructor rather than the name of the class. (most classes are basically the same despite their fancy name)
