"Okay, so where do I start? I was a bit of a reluctant gym goer at first having tried a few other classes which never really got me going. I then started going to Ale’s BodyPump class (she runs several different fitness classes). Wow! I was hooked instantly, and still am two years later!! There are several reasons for this 1) Ale will push you hard, but not to the point that you don’t want to come back for more. 2) Ale’s classes are great fun. Very important. 3) Ale is an instructor who has a physique that one aspires to have oneself (although I am a man and she is a woman, but you get the picture). You should check her guns out, they are very good guns indeed. So, I can go on, but I am running out of space. Get yourself to one of her classes and get fit. You won’t regret it. She will help you achieve your fitness goals and she will be one of the best, if not THE best person to guide you in your fitness journey. See you there (just don’t take my space)!"Alex Watts // Virgin Active - Mayfair
"As a person with a disability it can be quite daunting going to classes at the gym but after my first class with Ale I have never looked back. Ale took time to listen, to really understand the difficulties I have, and has given me great advice and support. Ale continues to push me to achieve my goals and has encouraged me to take other classes too, which I have. Not only has she made me a fitter person but more importantly she has given the confidence that I can achieve things I never thought I could. Ale really cares about the people she trains."Mark Gower // Virgin Active - Mayfair
“I’ve been an active participant in health and fitness for more years than I care to remember. However, if like me, you find it hard to motivate yourself just pumping iron in the gym on your own, then you need to join a class. People then start to worry, which class shall I choose? Which one is right for me? Will I look silly if this class is too hard for me?I would advise….choose the instructor rather than the name of the class. (most classes are basically the same despite their fancy name)
When it comes to choosing a coach/instructor you don’t have to look much further than Ale. She has that infectious blend of inspiration, enthusiasm, empathy, encouragement, knowledge and drive. No matter what level you are aiming for, whether you are a beginner or an expert – Ale is able to push you to achieve your goals!"Paul Shields // Virgin Active - Mayfair
“Ale is my absolute favourite instructor and having been doing group fitness exercise classes for over a decade, I had the chance to meet many different instructors – good, bad and average.
Ale is not just good, she is amazing and in my opinion the best. Why? Because in every class she will give 110% and will make the workout unique and fun. More importantly she really manages to motivate everyone and push us harder so we can reach new PBs.
She lives and breathes fitness and all things related, which makes her a great role model and inspiration. And that’s what makes her not just a good instructor, but an excellent one!”Laura Homsy // Virgin Active - Mayfair
“I love Ale’s classes because she pushes us nicely making sure we work hard. Ale is special because of her personalty, she creates a nice friendly atmosphere which I really like. I would absolutely recommend her classes as she is always there on time and she cares for every single one of us.”Yumi Hirasawa // Virgin Active - Mayfair
